Hi everyone,
loving all the info and opinions on this site, so I hope you can give me some advice.

I am opening a new salon in Aberdeen, very soon. I was interested in taking in the Nimue skin care range as recommended to me, how ever when I phoned and requested info from SM, they only sent me about Monu, Renu and Vitru.

There was a nimue logo on the front cover of their 'festive fun' leaflet, but nothing about the nimue products.

Also from having a wee look on this site, it seems that there is no longer in salon training, which may be a problem as I cannot drive and have a young family at home and also not a lot of free time with everything else I have to do before I open, therefore I would have to leave it until at least next year to look in to it again.

Any advice welcome on this, or any alternative skin care ranges to go for with good customer support.

Im only a small business, working from home and mobile. I use SM Renu & Monu and think the products are really excellent quality. Lovely range and they retail really easily. I went to them for the training, but not such a problem as Im only a couple of hours away at most.

Why dont you phone them, they are very helpful and are always willing to give answers. The only problem I have is the minimum order critera.

Dont creative distributors, distribute Nimue??

I have heard there ok. Personally I am more an MD Formulations girl, but I think theres probably not much difference (and the Nimue packaging is rather nice, I love the way you can buy infills for the creams).

Have you also considered environ as well?

Hi Honey

I also use the Monu range in my salon and both my therapist and clients love the results.

As for support and costomer service I have found this good and had no problems.

Hope this info helps:hug:

It used to be The Hyperion Group that were Nimue Distributors, then it went to someone else very briefly and in the last 6-9 months Susan Molyneux took over the distribution in the UK.

I would agree the only stumbling block with SM is their £75 re-order minimum.
