Best thing to do is have a good search through all the threads on here using the search tool. You will spend hours, but everyone thinks theirs is best so you really need to know what is important to you.
I sat with a tick list when I did it a few months ago .
Most of us are happy to answer any questions you have.
I use Vani-T, I believe they are one of the more expensive brands to buy, but I love it so much. delivery is reasonable and prices include vat (sorry we are not meant to give prices on here).
Who did you train with?

do you have ur machine and had training etc yet? if so, best thing to do is get samples and try them out for yourself as everyone will recommend what they use. If u dont have any kit yet, you can train with any tan company and get the kit, it doesnt mean you have to use their solutions x

i have used most other tans i like couture but nouvatan is better and much cheaper for me to buy, i know what you mean about recommending what you use though, but when the signature says trainer for tantrick and they are recommending tantrick is that not just so wrong lol!! :):)

Just want to say the reason I became a trainer for Tantrick is because I have used the tanning solutions for over 5 years (way before I became a trainer), then I WANTED to become a trainer because I loved it so much..........Is that so wrong???

Also I know there are a lot of good tanning solutions out there.......this was my opinion like I Said, why should I feel I shouldn't post?

Plus I also said to try a few samples!!!

To be fair, no I don't think it is, Natalie is only giving her opinion on a solution she uses, the same as any other poster. She also suggested the OP obtain samples to make their own decision. Yes her signature states she is a trainer, therefore the OP will be well aware of that when deciding for themselves whether to take her comments on board.

Anyway back to original topic, the best thing to do is what most have already suggested, ring round for samples and try for yourself. At the moment I am using LA tan, because they had a good offer on a starter package and others use it on here with no problems...so far everyone is happy with their tans and it looks very natural....I did however train with tantrick, as from my research their training came out top of the pile! I am still obtaining samples to try from various companies, as personally I don't think I can say which is the best(in my opinion) without trying them all.

LOL well there's only the one for me...B&Q Autumn Classic...lurvlrey colour and the longevity of the tan is guaranteed for 25 years....no Postage charges as you can go to any one of over 600 stores across the country and at £12.50 per litre...that's gotta be the cheapest around.

Their trainings a bit dodgey though...I must confess I did get a bit worried when the law student who works there part time came out in his orange overalls with a chain saw and a wall paper brush in both hands
HTH :eek::lol::hug:

Now come on Collin, make your mind up, I'm sure you said before that your favourite shade was original oak!!!
and I hope you shopped around, cos I'm sure I've heard that Homebases are much better value for money, they're always having BOGOF days!

I like La Tan and we also use fake bake in our salon. I personally prefer the La Tan for me, but we sell lots of fake bake too.

LOL well between you and me as know one else is reading this:eek: and like most therapists I do try as many samples as is possible and after trying it I do have to confess I am tempted to break my current supplier and move over to Home base Antique pine...its cheaper and apparently lasts 26 years and they have asked me to promote them and in return I receive not only a bacon butty each time I visit them but I get a free cup of tea also

What would you do with a deal like that on the table :lol:

I would certainly go with homebase collin, how could anyone turn down a bacon butty, cup tea and antique pine what a colour!! that would look sooo good on you lol.:)

I tried many solutions when I first started out but at the moment I am using sienna x, but on the look out for another solution as I like to have two different brands.

Hi

Its simply a case of ringing around and asking...most brands will happily send samples FOC and there are some that make a small charge.
Of course what you have to consider is...if you haven't as yet purchased a machine...how will you apply the solution?
