No growth at all in 2weeks!

Hi, I am astonished, I did a full set of Poppits on my sister 2weeks ago an she came back yesterday for her first infil, she has absolutely no regrowth at all. The nails were as perfect as the day I did them, has anyone had this before? My sister said she her nails don't grow, but I didn't beleive her, Well I do now.
