No idea what to do-please help!

Hey ladies I'm beauty qualified but have no idea on hair. I get my friend who's a qualified hair dresser to take care of my hair.

After over bleaching for years my hair was in a terrible state! I decided to go dark to try and give the hair a better chance.

We have dyed my hair 4 times now twice a choc brown and twice a dark brown (no.4) and it just won't take :-( brassy bleachy golden shades are coming through straight away and once washed it's extremely like this at the bottom (say 3inches) seems like the colour is just slipping off my hair :-/

My hair can't take much more colouring ect and I have no idea what to do :-(

My hair dresser seems slightly confused to and unsure how to solve this

Someone please help :-/

I thought doing dark would be better but so far it's been a nightmare :-(

We can only give advice to pro hairdressers.

so you hairdreser would need to ask herself, in short it needs pre colouring.

I know it may not be what you want to hear, but isn't the honest answer here for you to go to another hairdresser that specialises in colour.
