Nouveau online ordering problem

Does anyone know if you can place orders over the phone with Nouveau lashes? I usually order online but fit the past few days the payment screen gets stuck :-/ the only phone number I can find is for training needs. I have emailed via the contact screen but have not had a reply. If anyone has any contacts that would be a great help.

This problem has been there for around now for at least 6 weeks!
I wish they would sort it out! Come on Nouveau!
