NQ and VTCT

Hi all! I am going to be doing a NQ in Waxing and Nail Extensions very soon, but I was wondering if these qualifications would be ok for me to me to do waxing and nail extensions in my own time on a mobile basis? Also this probably is a REALLY daft question :lol: but is a NQ and a VTCT the same qualification, or is a VTCT higher than a NQ?

VTCT is the governing board who ***** your qualifications. I think you might mean an NVQ which is the level of the qualification.

I did the full NVQ 2 & 3 and found it very thorough and would recommend it highly.

vtct is an awarding body(people who issue your cetificate) for an NVQ.

Other awarding bodys, r city and guilds and edexcel.
