Paint on white under acrylic?

is there such a thing as a paint on white that can be used under acrylic if so where as i have been looking
a client had this done in america under popits and wants the same

paint on white is usually a gel....it can be used over L&P but the L&P would need to be finished to a 180 for it to adhere well.

maybe it was white L&P that was used in to poppit...?

definatly not l&p se said they dipped a brush in the white and it was definatly liquid
so is it possible to use natural tip, white gel, buff then use a poppit?

Sounds to me like the tech might have done a pink overlay (coverage perhaps?) then used white acrylic *paint* and covered the lot in clear L&P using a poppit.

The caveat with that would be that the paint would have to be completely dry before the clear L&P poppit application.

I've actually done art with acrylic paint, let it dry completely and covered the lot in a *thin* layer of clear L&P so it is possible.
