"Pamper" Hen's Night! Need ideas!

So I have been asked by a friend to be beauty therapist for a group for a hen's night. She is one of the bridesmaids and is organising it. There is about 4 or 5 of them and they are hiring a room at the casino. I offer spray tanning, gel & acrylic nail enhancements, manis, pedis, tinting and waxing but am not sure how I go about doing this! I guess it really depends on how long they want me for, and then how many people. I was thinking of finding out how much time I have, dividing it up between how many people I have, and then letting them choose what they want to have done to fill that time slot. What do you think? On the other hand, I thought I could do a mani/pedi and tan package, and then (time permitting), they can add say, gel toes, Shellac or something small on top of that.

I was thinking of charging my regular prices (what I charge in my home salon) but adding $10 a head extra to cover travel costs, and then providing a small goodie bag each of chocolates and maybe some samples if I can get some!

I was also thinking of adding essential oils to the manis/pedis and let them choose their combination so I can personalise their treatment. Also was going to put rose petals in their pedi bowls and just little things like that so it is super relaxing and nice for them.

ANY OTHER IDEAS??

I've never done this before so want to make sure I offer the best service possible so they have a really great time, but without ripping myself off

Whoops forgot to mention that my friend (the bridesmaid) intially mentioend nails as well, but I usually take about 1.5 hours for a full set and therefore might not have enough time! I thought maybe if they wanted to get their nails done, then I could offer them a 10 or 20% discount card to use at their leasure, either before the hen's night or wedding. This would also save me having to cart all my nail supplies to the hotel room.

Well, Im no nail tech, but I know you will have a problem with spray tanning and doing nails..if you tan first you will ruin the tan when you do the hand work, and if you tan last you will have to wipe tan off nails(risk of smudging etc)
I would stick to nails and maybe a mini facial? Do the tans another day in the salon, perhaps offer a group deal?

Nail extensions & shellac will be fine before you tan, I've also used ordinary enamel after a tan. Wot you need to consider is what are they doing after the treatments, are they hitting the town? If so a tan will be out! Lol!

Manis/pedis sound good, just remember if your doing a tan after though this then becomes a simple file & polish,
