Hi, ive seen a pamper party being advertised at a local school, and they are looking for therapists, before i phone about details as to wether im gonna be able to earn loads of doe that night ,i was just wondering if any of you other geeks have done pamper partys for a school before.I dont want to aprroach and hope its gonna earn me some money, if there gonna turn round and say all the money will go into school funds.I do know you have to pay £10 for a space...whay do you guys reckon?

I've done an Indulgence Evening at a school before ... the norm is that you pay £10.00 or whatever for the table, and then whatever you make you keep for yourself. The organisers usually suggest however that you limit your treatments to 15 minute time intervals and only charge say £5.00 per treatment.

It's an idea to take some small retail items with though, as well as business cards.

Good luck ... you may even gain some new clients from the experience, you never know.

Ok, thanks Noodle , i will give the lady a ring tomorrow,i just didnt want to speak to her and expect to get paid for it ,and for her to turn round and say all the money gets donated to the school you make, even though it is at the local school ,you have to be theier by 6 ,which is obviously rush hour , the school is just over the otherside of the motorway roundabout from me which can be a nightmare to get across at this time of eve, plus im gonna have to run me daughter to a baby sitter,so this is why i didnt want all the hassle if im doing 2 hrs work for nothing.

I will let you know what she says !:)And hopefully like you say i may gain some clients out of it.

Ones ive done you pay for table £10 ,supply a raffle prize, which can be a gift voucher and keep your treatment money.
