Just wondered if anyone has undertaken Paul McKenna's system and if so has it done any good?

I am on day 14 of 90 and although I don't think it is making much difference, I do think that keeping a diary and writing down priorities/temptations/water drank etc is a great idea and I do think about that throughout the day.
Admittedly I haven't fully listened to his dvd's as my pc was being a pain, so maybe when I do things will change!

xx

wow, I got that book from Amazon the other day!!! I have read most of it and have listened to the cd twice.
I will read the rest on Monday ( if I get time) and try to listen to the cd every day.
Maybe I could blog my progress ( if there is any lol)

Personally, I think just about anything can work but 2 things HAVE to be in place: you have to WANT to do it and you have to give it 100%, plus!

I've seen his show and it all makes sense. His program is not some fad diet or something that will work for only a short while. The before and afters were AMAZING, too! Yes, I was envious!

Best of luck to you!
