Pay Pal Virtual Terminal

Iv been reading up on pay pals virtual terminal, wondered if anyone used it to take payment from clients? As im only starting out renting in a new place I dont want to take on a pin machine until I see how things go, but I would like to be able to offer a way off paying by card as I could have my netbook with me? I cant seem to find out much information about fee's etc? Can anyone help? xx

I enquired about this just last week and the fees were quite high compared with card machines but it may be ok in the short term to see how you go with it.

If you have access to a computer anyway then maybe you gould just use your normal paypal account and get your customers to log into their account and pay that way, just a thought.

This is what I found out last week.

The £20.00 fee is the monthly fee for having this service on your PayPal
account and the £3.4% + 20P is the receiving fee for every payment that you
will receive on your PayPal account
