Peacock blue hair

Hi everyone, client wants her colour like the picture, which is fine but I was wondering if anyone knew of a permanent colour?
I'd normally use crazy colour but it fades so quick! Thanks in advance x

Goldwell Elumen is permanent and they have blue, purple, yellow green etc. You will need to get it from Goldwell as it is not available in wholesalers

Pravana are very bright and last brilliantly !
They have colours very much like this too !
