A lady well on in her pregnancy wanted to book in for a pedicure tomorrow. She asked about my luxury pedi and I explained it was as the standard pedi but also included a foot mask and heated booties, etc. She said she'd rather have more massage on her feet. I explained that I would normally be very happy to adapt my pedicure to incorporate extra massage but due to her pregnancy, I would be keeping the massage very light. She wasn't happy with this and decided to go elsewhere because I wasn't willing to give her feet a thorough massage.

Was I wrong? I can imagine the discomfort she must be in with the weight of the baby, etc, but I also want to sleep at night.

This thread was posted a while back Christine, but it gives some good information on pregnancy and foot massage.
