I guess some of who who've had salons have had this sort of thing before but its a first for us because we've not been going that long. Fortunately, most of our customers are happy with the service provided.

As you may know, we do botox treatments. At the time the customer is told,

1. Its not an exact science and results may vary.
2. The aim of treatment is not perfection but improvement (see above!)
3. Its difficult to judge the exact amount needed and since it takes two weeks to take effect we do a FREE follow-up/top-up two weeks later.

To be honest, we do try to be honest and give an honest assessment of how affective the treatment will be. In the past, we've even advised clients against it because of the unrealistic expectations they have.

Anyway, follow up appt arranged for yesterday evening. Phoned the woman to remind her, she was well off, and said she'd phone back. Never did. Oh well, there we go.

Had abusive text off her today saying she was not happy because it only half worked, and what was my company going to do about it !!!!! Ummm, so why not phone me back yesterday to confirm the followup so that any issues could be sorted out? And then discuss it then?

I'm sure some people just dont listen or choose to believe something else...

Anyway, text her back, and reminded me of these things that had been discussed (and the consent form she'd signed !!!) and reminded her that the follow up appt where she could have had these issues sorted with FREE botox top-up was last night when she was too angry to phone me back (her text said this).

Aaaaarrrrggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
