Hello
I have just been reading lots of threads about Perron Rigot wax. I went onto the beauty express website and saw that the euroblone wax comes in bead format? I normally buy wax from sally's and it's in the tub. I pay about £5 for a 500g tub. The perron rigot euroblonde wax is 3 times more expensive. I am trying to compare prices. Will I get alot more waxes out of the perron rigot euroblonde? Is it more cost effective to buy the perron rigot wax. My wax prices are really cheap and don't want to drop my margin any more than it is. Is it in bead format for easy transfer into the waxing pot.
Any help will be appreciated
thanks

No.....it isn't more cost effective to buy Euroblonde, but it's a far superior product. You'll love working with it and your clients will love being waxed with it.

It's a bit like saying 'But my local hairdresser is cheaper than Vidal Sassoon'

thanks Kim. Why does it come in bead format?

u have mentioned the wax you are using comes in a tub - are you using strip wax or non strip wax?

remember your clients should come to you because you are good at your job - not because you are cheap .. if you are good enough why should your clients not pay for your service to be even better for them by using a great quality wax

Hi Coleen
The wax the salon uses is strip wax. We have always used (I guess)cheaper wax that you get from Sallys. We are good at waxing and never thought about changing to another wax until I came accross this site.We always have a few hairs that we can't get out, which I thought was normal. It's always good to shop around to try and get the best products. The prices I charge are very competitively priced for the area I am in. I charge £5.00 for an eyebrow wax and I had someone coming in the other day asking how much the eyebrow wax was and when I told them, they asked why wasn't it £4? Crazy!

I have this week swapped from Hive Green Tea to PR Escential Green Tea ... you can read about why, and my thoughts on this much more expensive product on my blog here.

perron rigot also have strip waxes - i use the crystal ocean (this is not how it is slept but how i say it lol) really it goes on sooooo thinly it seems to last quite a while. i also use euroblonde although restricting this wax to nostrils, underarm and intimate waxing
