Please help!!

So life is just great today!

Just used affinage colour eraser as recommended by a Toni and guy colourist and my previously (slightly washed out) red hair has gone dark blue with green roots!!!

What the hell happened?

What do I do now? It usually goes an orange colour after colour removal I'm very scared right now

What other colours had you had on your hair previously?

Was the colour you had on previously a Semi ?
I used Affinage when training and learned that the Eraser shouldn't be used on Semi Permanent colour.

Yeah it was a semi red from directions! I absolutely pooed I had no idea that would happen!

I did a strand test and praise the lord it went yellow pretty much immediately do maybe the blue neutralised the red... I was nearly crying then!!

Luckily it went blonde within 5 mins of putting the blondor on (phew!)

It's now a very yelloey blonde with a very very slight green tinge so I'm trying to decide on a toner before I buy extensions, any advice? I want a slightly darker ash tone, i used wella koleston 9/01 but looks more like 12/0!!
