Hi Guys

Just finished my first set of dual system nail forms and I got really sharp edges on the sidewalls. How do I stop this and correct it?

Thanks

Sarah xx

Do you mean you product is squidging out?? If it is then use less product.

Otherwise just take your file and whip round the edges to tidy up .. I always do this in any case. It only takes seconds.

I found that when I use less product, I get air bubbles and the form won't adhere to the nail bed. It kind of peels off.

I have tried filing the side walls to remove the sharp bits but I also get one on the cuticle area and can't file that away at all.

Thanks

I don't use poppits so please correct me if I am wrong. (Gigi..?)

But I believe the sharp edges you are having at the cuticle area is the result of not cutting of the 'skirting' of the poppits.

If you cut the 'skirting' off then the product will be more flush at the cuticles area with no sharp edges.

Thanks for that

I will try it and see what happens
