As the title says really. How do you pre pig? Do you add the tone needed into your tint or do you pre pig first then colour afterwards?
If you pre pig first do you use the pre pig sprays etc?
I usually add the tone needed into the tint.

Depends on what I'm doin. Generally pre pig in the tint.
If the hair is porous I pre pig with perfecton to even out porosity and colour over the top using ct. and of the pre pig was strong enough I would post pig after.

That's brought up another question: how many people use porosity equaliser?

How do you pre pig without having too many red tones in your final desired colour??
For example -- if a client was a bleach blonde and wanted to go to a 7 how do you get the red back in without it then showing through so it's not coppery, but enough red so that the 7 won't fade and go khaki??

Thanks x

It's gold you need for a 7 so you can add some gold mix tone or use 7.3.
Use a Demi colour it will stain the hair better then a permanent.
