a test cutting is where you take a cutting of hair and use to check for incompatablity or if you wish to test colours out ,or to see if the hair will survive a chemical process
a strand test is when you have a colour on the hair, using the back of your comb, wipe off the colour to see how the development is going

ah thats good i had the test cutting write i jus forgot what the technical ter, was for havin a look at a strand and wipin a blob of colour off hahha xx
