Prestige micro rings?

Hey,

Just about to try prestige stick tips for the first time, it's says on the website that for the 14" 0.7g (which is what I'm fitting next week), you would need to use 6mm rings? This seems like it would be too big for 0.7g? Can anyone shed some light?

Last week i used the prestige 18" 1g i-tips and used the 4.5mm screw thread beads, to be honest they were a little big so next time id use 4mm for 1g strands! hope this helps!
