Problems with LeChat Nobility clear

Hi,

I am having major problems with this product.

when doing nno it is peeling off in a whole piece or it is just not lasting at all. it tends to come away from the free edge. i dont know what im doing wrong, i prep the nail sanitize then apply the gel.

any pointers?

Hmm are you capping the free edge?
If you file the free edge after you apply the gel, the cap will be filed off as well and that might cause it to peel away.

Are you priming as well? I have used this product for quite some time now and not had peeling. Ask Angelfingers - she's the expert!

i converted over to LeChat from Calgel and the first couple of sets I had problems with, I spoke to angel fingers and she gave me some tips, and now I LOVE the stuff ! I tell what I did differently, firstly I REALLY scrub the sanatizer into the nail, a good few seconds on each nail and right into the side walls, then when I apply the frist layer i sort of push this into the nail (in a scrubbing motion)

oh the other think I have just thought off, if a client has a thin nail this can contribute to any free edge lifting as nobility is a soft gel it allows the nail to move and bend natrually, i use the nobility red top coat( its a hard gel top coat )on all of these nails its fantastic.

Hi, Lilly, what top coat is it that you use with nobility? I can't see any of their website.
Also, what do u use to sanitise?
I'm having problems with lifting, I really want to make it work.

Hi
I use the red top coat on most of my clients, it just needs a quick file before soaking as its non prous. I have stuck with my calgel sanatizer because I dont like the smell of the Le Chat one !
