Putting Acrylic 3d over Brisa?

Hi guys, just starting out with Brisa and loving it but it's a bit plain for my liking.....can I put acrylic 3d flowes etc over brisa.....if so how?

Hiya ... Yes you can...just make sure that the brisa has been finished with 180 file and removed dust before you apply...then just go over with your topgloss.
