can jane iredale makeup be used over non mineral bases ?
i plan to use ji e/s, blushers, and lipglosses for kids / teen make up parties (havent ordered any yet) and am thinking about adding a few items to my bridal kit
i use mostly mac and chanel bases and plan to start using airbursh foundation also (airbase)
cant really see that it would be a problem, but thought id just check first
