look at how your clients are sitting, if their shoulders are pulled up to their ears they have enough leverage they could lift you out of your seat. If you ask them to drop their shoulders and relax, they can't stiffen, it's not anatomically possible. The wiggle on their hand and a gentle tug on their fingers is usually enough to remind them. The distraction methods listed in above posts work well too!
