can anyone help me!!
I have had nails on for years and i have soaked them off now as one of my friends wants to use me as a model for her nail course and she also wants to pick my brains about lifting as i have more experience than her.
The only problem is now my nails are off they are so sore especially under my free edge and i have noticed my hyponichium is quite high it is really painful.
I actually dont know what to do???
