I personally, cleanse and let it dry, apply a small dusting of talc and gently massage it into the skin, apply in small sections (less chance of bruising) , pull it really tight and quickly remove the strip, your free hand should be instantaneously placed over the area and apply slight pressure, repeat until all the hair is gone, voila
