I am using two methods of eyelash perming Icurl and Refectocil. When I use the refectocil I find that I am getting little to no lift.
Does anyone know why this might be I have tried many different ways to achieve as fantastic a result as I have with the Icurl every time but never seem to get any lift nor curl! It is really unfortunate. Please help!!
