Hi guys, do any of you have one of these and do you reccomend for mobile work?
Also, where is the best place to buy from?

Thanks! :)

I have it it's pretty light if you're not carrying it too far and very sturdy, clients comment on how comfy it is. I brought mine from massage warehouse 3 yrs ago in April. REM AIR-LIGHT They are out of stock at the moment but I'm sure they can let you know when they'll have more in.

Great, thanks for your help.

I love mine and so pleased I invested a bit more in getting a lightweight one - it really makes a difference. Got mine from Cosmetic Consultants, Nottingham circa £240 speak to the lovely Rachel x :)

Just ordered mine, £255 delivered. My sister has one, its so lite! I was getting fed up with my 17kilos couch, broke my back for so many years!

Thanks for your help folks.
Next query- I have been advised another table would be good for me and have been asked if I need a backrest or not. I dont use a backrest for my swedish massage at the moment but havent been massaging long. Do you think it is best to have a backrest or not? Im not sure if I will need one in future or not?
thanks for your help!

I mainly use my back rest for waxing some people like to sit up for the front of half legs, it's particularly important for pregnant clients when the can't lie flat. I also use it for clients to sit up after a massage to have a glass of water.

Ah thanks a lot.
I have been reccomended the Porta lite comfort table as I dont have any treatments I use a backrest for currently, but am unsure of which to go for, as I also think its a good idea for one so the client can sit and have water after a massage. I just cant decide. They both weigh the same aswell. eeek!

Well I have been very happy with the REM air-light and it doesn't squeak and is well padded. Why not find somewhere that sells them where you can try them both.

Thanks for your help.
I would go and look at the beds but I live in the sticks and there is nowhere local that sell these beds. doh!
x

If there isn't much difference in the way of prices, I'd definately go for the one with the back rest, as if you start to do any treatment which needs a client to sit up, then you are already sorted and don't have to buy a second couch. x

Thanks for that. Yes there is about £30 difference between the two, but like you say, best to have it with a backrest in case I need one in the future I think!
