renting a space

OH MY GOODNESS !!! i thought i'd call up a lovely salon near the vilage that i live in to see if they were interested in a calgel tech renting a space, and she said she wants ot see me tomorrow!!! i said i wanted to be self employed and supply my own equiptnment, the lady asked me what sort of money i was looking at to rent and i looked a right dork by saying i wasnt sure ( i know i def dont want to do % sharing) has anyone got an idea of what sort of rent i should be looking at per day in hertfordshire ???

thank you i'll have a read, i thought id set my mind on renting a space but not sure if its more finacially viable .sp. to stay mobile, i also get a bit scared at the thought of someone telling me what i can and cant do !
