resin help...?

i think i'm being really thick here - but if i don't ask, i won't know the answer!
when encasing things in L&P - ie., flowers, lace etc what do you use to secure them on the tip prior to encasing? I am assuming its a resin but is this the same resin you use for fabric wraps? I am a L&P girl so have limited knowledge of the fabric system and the only glue i currently use is nail glue...

I use resin as it doesnt seem to set as quick as nail glue, a bit more time to play with it especially with the flowers, setting them in the correct spot oooh and picking them up in the first place. HTH

when i did flowers in gel i used glue, just put a little dab where i wanted to put the flower and stuck it on with tweezers. hth x

When i am encasing stuff i use the brush on resin to hold it in place
