Hey!

Does anyone know of any decent commercial property agents i'm looking into renting somewhere a lil scared too!
All the searching i'm doing on the net i'm just gettin a these junk search engines coming up and not many actual websites.

Thanks Guys!

Look up Commercial Agents in the Yellow Pages, ring round and get them to put you on their mailing list. Be warned they are a complete waste of space, even Estate Agents despise them so that IS bad.

lol!

Thanks hun!!

Couple of tips, find a good solicitor through recommendation (got mine via a client), and check with your Council if you can open a beauty / nail place with A1 retail use, or will you have to get planning permission for change of user.
