hmmm  well I may have to buy my products from someone else then. I have been told that you can print blank coshh sheets then all the info on the back of the product you just write on your sheet, is this true? mind you how can I write down what to do in case of a spillage?

haha just as I thought I was getting to grips with coshh I get all confussed again

A wholesaler/retailer is required by law to supply COSHH/MSDS sheets on request. They are not sold but should be either held on the premises or be made available for all products sold. Hope this helps.

You need by law to have a safety data sheet for each potentially hazardous chemical you have.

These are documents, normally having 16 parts to them.

I havent heard of writing your own, Im not sure that you would find all the info thats required.

These sheets are provided from the manufacturer of the chemical and the suppliers also have to have them as they are storing/selling the chemicals.
