The salon I work at has recently made cut backs and my clients have started to notice that the products I am using aren't as good also treatment times have been cut and prices have gone up. This has made it really hard for me as my clients aren't happy and I'm worried they will go else where. Iv always enjoyed working for the company and I have tried to address it with the boss but they aren't interested in my opinion. I pride myself on giving my clients the best possiable treatment and always want them to feel like they have had the best service I can possibly give. I feel like now I'm not suited to the salon as they are not interested in the clients needs and just want to make more money! Any ideas on how I can talk them round? anyone else experienced the same?
