Salon hours

Hi all

Im still working full time although Im launching in April I was thinking of working 3 day in the office Thursday Friday Sat in Salon and evening appointments Monday - Wednesday can anyone see any potenital problems?

Also if I take the shop the one next to it is all boarded up doesnt look great would that put customers off? the rest of the street is v nice

Thats what I do work Monday - Weds in an office and my mobile Thurs, Fri and Sat but I always give myself Monday evening off or tues or weds or you will run yourself into the ground! xx

The only advice I would offer is to have a regular phone, and have it diverted to a mobile. I work in my salon very long hours, and find that when the phone rings, if it's the answer machine, people still won't leave a message, so when I leave work, I put call divert on to my mobile - you can't always answer it obviously, but it can help!
