Same clients cancelling!

If you feel a deposit isn't the right option for you, how about booking them as your last client, so if they do cancel you can just finish a little earlier rather than waiting around with a gap in your day?

Agree with booking them as my last client. I don't understand why customers think its ok. I would be embarrassed to cancel an appointment.
