Hi I was wondering if I could pick your brains a little. I have a client already pre lightened and wants to be the colour in these pictures below. Now I've explained there basically baby blue and the other one is silver and it's more blue in porous places any way she's explained she would like grey with a blue tint to it can anyone help me with a formula ?
Thank you x

How are they baby blue?

Steel blue I would say in certain areas

How are they baby blue?
I would say the one is quite a pastel blue yes (baby blue) the other more silver/grey like i said

9,5-22? Then a mix with that and add some 8.29 into it and balayage?

9.5-22 & 0.11 will give greyey blue with a hint of lilac, or you could use 9.5-1 with 0.22 mix, you'll need to do test pieces to get the right mix tho

Thank you for your help that's great will test x

I see the pictures completely different, for the first I'd probably use E-1 or as kahuna says 9.5-1 with 0.22 over pre lightened hair with packets of blue. And 2nd pic I'd use blondme toners steel blue with a touch of lilac .
