Argh Im a bIt annoyed at myself..
I tried to buy a subscription to scratch on 26th Oct, but I didn't get any confirmation. So tonight I had a look on my account and it said the payment failed so I went and bought another one without checking my account (dohhh)
So I thought Id better check paypal and my bank and the payment went through the first time so I've paid twice lol!
I won't be able ring them until Tuesday now and I always worry about silly things like this until I've sorted it.
Has this sort of thing happened to anyone else or is their customer service good? I'm hoping to get my second payment refunded..
