Sculpting nails

morning ladies,
I just wondered who used tips or who sculpt please.
Who would you recommend for sculpting training?
I am still struggling getting my time down on L&P enchacments and someone advised that sculpting would be better and quicker.
Just your thoughts please?
This set nearly took 3hrs

I use tips! I've never been taught sculpting although I do try sometimes but I'm not brilliant! X
