Sorry to sound thick but I've only ever done P&W over tips.

When doing sculptured enhancements do you line up the smile line of the white with the free edge or do you allow it to overlap????

I place mine slightly higher.

there is a tut on sculpts - basically the easiest way is to build your sculpts is in layers - your first layer is very thin and butted up to the natural free edge (this gives you a better platform to work on) the next layer is to go on to the natural nail just a small way behind the natural smile line and butt it up to the smile line, (this gives you a better finish - if yu go too close to the smile line you will go beyond it) if you go into "site stuff" then click tutorials - youll find it there, its very good and has helped me with this prob
