I absolutely love the bright orange that was advised on an earlier thread, dose any of you loverly geeks have any more bright layering combinations you can share with us, who needs neons xx
I'm playing at the moment to see what I can come up with, don't hold your breath though I'm not very imaginative lol xx

To brighten up a color, apply a white under it. Try that with Tropix, Lobster Roll, Pink Bikini.
If i need neon, i use neon powders, or neon glitters.

I agree with Conny, Studio White underneath Limeade, makes a fab lime green.

Cream puff with yellow and pink additive fade is fab!
 
Studio white with the Sea Glass additive/glitter is beautiful....not really neon, aka bright, but very pretty. I might try it with cream puff, too
 
as said i use cream puff or studio white under to brighten colours up.
