does anyone know the recommended minimum age for shellac application??? 16 or 18??
 
Shellac is not an enhancement product, it's a hybrid nail colour!

What's the minimum age to apply nail polish? :D
 
I would recommend checking with your insurance company. Some have minimum ages for treatments in their policy.
