Morning all, this is a wee bit urgent and I have searched but not really found my answer. I have a client shortly who has broken 2 nails so I will suggest sculpting with Calgel to mend them, but my question is this...

What is the process for applying Shellac over gel? Is the base coat still required?

Thanks x

No base coat isn't needed xx

Complete your gel as you normally would but when you finish DO NOT remove the inhibition layer, go straight in with your chosen colour coats, then top coat and done.
If your gel is a buff off then just rebalance the nail as normal and buff the shellac off dont soak.
If it is a saok off gel then soak off the shellac at the same time

Thank you Jen and Steph x
