:(Hi,

I am still training and very new to this business. I read up about Michelle Porter acrygel training and how it was a fantastic product. I have completed the first part of the course applying tips and acrygel which was ok. My thing is that th 2nd part of the course has now been cancelled 3 times. I am unable to do rebalance or infill and I feel when clients ask they must think i'm an idiot.... I have put a complaint in to Michelle Porter and asked for a refund and I'm really thinking about going to creative to do acrylics. I did my minx trainng with Fiona in Edinburgh and she and the rest of her tem were so nice that I feel I have confidence in them. I feel being new to the industry I'm not sure who to complain to regarding treatment. Any help would be great als would I have to start from scratch with creative?

Learned my lesson the hard way!!

It is always a difficult decision to cut your losses as you say. But you have to think what is going to be the best for your business!

I am biased of course and would wholeheartedly say YES! you should move to Creative as you have alreay met the Award Winning (LOL) Fingertips team you know how fab they are.

Give them a call and see what your best course of action would be.

I agree...you can't go wrong with CND! Best of luck to you! :)

Thankyou, I'm going to fingertips open day before the beauty show so I'll ask them then if they can help me

defo Creative products are very good :) i would recommend them for sure :) xxx

I would have a chat with them regarding what training you have completed first and see if they can do anything for you. It seems a better option for you. Why have your courses been cancelled?

Good luck! ;)

The 1st course was cancelled in March due to not enough numbers then in April due to flight strikes and again last week due to flight back log! Though my brother flew up from London no problem. I feel this has shattered my confidence. I have emailed a complaint asking for a refund do you think thats fair??

Yes I do think it is fair! x;)

Thanks to everyone for your advice i'm going to defo ask at fingertips open day x

I'm pretty sure your entitled to a refund as they have not produced the service they were ment to :)

It should be know problem :) if they kick up a fuss go to citizens beuro advice...

CND are amzing tho too soo you cant go wrong!! :D x good luck!! x

You will have no regrets if you go with CND & the fingertips centre, they are lovely and so helpful and the products are absolutely brilliant, I wish I'd started off with them instead of wasting money on other training and inferior products, don't hesitate, you wont regret it, good luck x
