Should I invest in Brisa Lite Smoothing Gel?

can anyone tell me, when using brisa lite on its own, can you infill as usual or must it all be soaked off?

you infill BL sculpting gel but soak off and re-do smoothing gel

Ok I have another question. Before you start the BL do you preform a dry manicure or do you have to actually do a full manicure before hand? Reason I ask is I have just been looking at you tube (just researching what I am buying) and the video for brisa lite smoothing gel has different nail prep to the shellac video.
How do you prep your nails before BL? Thanks xx
