Volume set from today. I'm still not feeling confident :( still feel like they're not full enough and just look like classic semis.
Any tips please? X

They will look fluffier with more open and bigger fans, try to hold your fan in place a moment longer it may be s case of them closing when you let go,

You're a natural these are stunning xx

Ok so these are the first set that I'm NEARLY 100% pleased with 😁

The lady had bald spots on the right eye so I knew I really had to fan them out to make them thicker

I did 2-3D 9 & 11 mm in 0.07s

I can't wait to train in volume but had to have a years experience with classics before I can do it. Just recently passed for classics! 😀

Your works really lovely!

C0.07 8,10&12mm :)

Has anybody trained in volume used the ring to attach the strips of lashes to? It curves the lashes to make the fans easier apparently. Thinking about getting one if they're worth it. Xxx

Hi,
I am qualified in eyelash extensions and love doing them but the volume lashes now seem to be popular,
Can anyone tell me roughly how long they take to do a full set in the volume? If they are quicker or not that normal extensions?
Thankyou!

It takes longer to do. Volume techniques are like learning lashes all over again so once you train expect a similar phase of being very slow at it until you build up practice/confidence. If I did a full classic set on someone it might take 1.5hrs but if I did a 3D set it would take 2hrs-2.5hrs, or if it was 6D I'd take 3hrs as I find more lashes are harder to pick up x

Thank you!! Is it really difficult? I use novalash, what are good brands for volume? Xx

Yeah it can be. There's are different techniques but I think the main thing is finding tweezers that you prefer to work with, I've got like 6 different ones for volume but only like 2 of them lol
I don't just stick to one brand for anything. Fast, thin adhesives are preferable for volume though. I use Eyelash Emporium Ultra Platinum but currently trialling Flawless Jet Set. Lots like Sky glue and Flirties do fast adhesives too (if you do personally prefer to stick particular brands they do volume training as well, as do Emporium) x

What are the best tweezers for volume? I'm not fond of mine out of my kit and I'm really wanting a new set- I don't care about cost if they're great tweezers. Xx
