Shower head filter

Ive had a client just move back. And she has bore hole water.

Her blonde balayage has become murky/brassy and definitely not as fabulous as it should be.

I recommended washing her hair with bottled water. But I've heard of shower heads that have a filter in? Would that help with bore hole water rather than hard water?

Has anyone used one? Can you recommend a company?

My mans job is to get rid of legionella and other bugs etc in water and deals with filters. I asked him about it and he said she should have a filtering system and uv filtering before the water enters the house? She could buy a TDS meter from eBay really cheap just to test her water to see if the filters are working.
