I have a client who is naturally 7 with 30% natural subtle grey. She wants to be natural grey silver looking. In the past I’ve highlighted with blonder & 6% peroxide & toned with KP 12/11 which can be too grey/blue. Any advice welcome to achieve clean, sliver grey
Thank you.

12/11 isn't actually a toner, it's a Highlift tint, that shouldn't be mixed with anything lower than 9% because of the alkalinity.
I know you don't plan to use this now, but I thought I'd tell you anyway 😂
My absolute favourite of all is definitely colour touch 2 parts 10/6 + 1part 8/81 + 1.9%.
The other option would be kp 2 parts 10/16 + 1 part 10/86 with pastel.

If you're feeling really experimental then the colour touch instamatics work well too :)
The muted mauve with a small amount of ocean storm is nice.
