Silver/white hair, best toner?

My client has came to me with the photography attached
It is silver but a very light white silver rather than a dark grey. Her hair is already fully bleached to the palest blonde however toners she has used in the past seem to dull the colour to an ash white blonde rather than make it metallic and vibrant like that silver. Does anyone have suggestions of what toner (s) i could use on her hair? Thanks
