Small nail plates, hardly any free edge. Tip or sculpt?

Hi there
I use Impressions well less tips which I find great. However i may b getting a new client who wants a gel overlay. Because she has no free edhe i have suggested a small extension, only the shape if my normal tips where the smile line is is going to gi too high up. Si could i tailer these tips to fut? Failing that im ginna have to use a welled tip and blen but even that will need some tailering or should i just schlpt? X thanksHowever

I allways sculpt and use an
Opaque powder to elongate the nail.
