I'm looking to start using a soak off gel. At the moment I use The Edge buff off gel and love it but infills seem to take me forever to buff off and I do worry about buffing the client's natural nail.

My question is, how do you infill a soak off gel? Do you literally soak off the gel each time?

many thanks
Lorraine

soak off and start again everytime x

not neccessarily.

you may soak off if you wish but nearly all soak off gel techs i know rebalance the gel as you would with buff off gels. i remove the colour gels periodically to check on the health of the nail plate or if they have become very tatty, but certainly not every time.

some soak off gel companies no longer train you to rebalance but advise you to soak off and reapply. i rather feel that selling more product has something to do with this new decision.

Thank you for your replies.
